STEP 1 ~ YOUR SCRIPT
SCRIPTS are the heartbeat of On-Hold Messaging.
We formulate the script with your help and advice to assure that our On-Hold Message puts its finger on the pulse of your product and target market.
From start to finish the SCRIPT process is a partnership. At the beginning, we will communicate with your Marketing team to learn the nuances of your target market and industry. We want to verify that our understanding of your campaign resonates with your sales force. We work in concert with your objectives.
After this process is complete, one of our creative copywriters will develop the preliminary SCRIPT.
As with all drafting, you’ll have full control over any necessary revisions. The SCRIPT is re-worked until we get final approval from you.
Note: AdVantage Telecom will remind you when it is time to update your On-Hold Message to keep it freshand with new content. It’s important to stay in shape.
STEP 2 ~ From SCRIPT TO VOICE OVER STUDIO
The Voice-Over Studio is very important – this is the brain of the On-Hold Messaging process.
Here’s a rule that holds true for life, Voice-Over Studios and brains: some are just better than others.

These Voice-Over studios provide male and /or female voices, a mix of both, and Multi-Lingual capabilities for all your On-Hold Messaging, Web Audio, Auto Attendant, IVRU, and In-House Announcements.
STEP 3 ~ MUSIC IS ADDED TO THE VOICE PRODUCTION
Why music? It’s like oxygen. Your Voice Over will breathe better because of it.
All of our Music is licensed up front and perfectly legal to play behind the scenes.
You can choose music from whichever genre best fits your company: classical, country, easy listening, light jazz, new age, pop and holiday, to name a few.
STEP 4 ~ EQUIPMENT
Using the right equipment is like having strong legs to carry your Voice Over message from point A to point B.

The Equipment comes in some different forms which can deliver your On-Hold Messages in 3 distinct ways:
Automatic Internet Updates from our Computer to your Equipment: Out of Site, Out of Mind / Hands Free / Always working 24-7 with no breaks / behind the scenes automatic updating.
E-mail Updates from Our Computer to Your Computer. The On-Hold Message is downloaded to a Flash Drive and plugged into the Sales Booster.
CD’s are mailed to you and you insert it into the Equipment. You turn the Equipment "On" and adjust the volume.
